The TYT Birthday Inter-Clubs Golf Tournament 2010 was held successfully at the Sandakan Golf & CC, from 7-8 August. Fifteen (15) SGA-affiliated clubs throughout Sabah participated in this annual 2-day event over good weather.

The Day 1 format was an 18-hole stroke-play from among all the clubs, each club has a team of 4 gross players and 4 net players.
The Champion of the Gross Team is RGC(239), 2nd is SG&CC(247) and 3rd is TNGC(250,ocb over SGCC). The Net Team winner is also RGC(208), 2nd is KUGCC(219), and 3rd LDGCC (220)
Day 2 was a TYT's Invitees , SGA's and SG&CC's Committees and Invitees, and the format of play was Stableford. The TYT Tun himself , an avid golfer, won one of the TYT's invitees major prizes.

SGA President Mr George Bandusena , in the prize presentation address, also announced that the next TYT Birthday Inter-Clubs Tournament to be at the Dalit Bay Golf & Country Club, and suggested the team gross event to be the respective club's best players and the team nett players to be from among the Committees. This will be more meaningful for better inter-reaction and fellowship in this yearly event, and perhaps can also include to have a kind of a meeting among all the affiliated clubs Committees coming together, to share some common knowledge and brainstorming,etc.and the host club to chair the meeting,etc.

SELAMAT BERPUASA KEPADA AHLI RGC

Selamat berpuasa kepada semua ahli RGC. Bulan puasa ni jangan berhenti main golf. Jam 4pm kita turun ramai-ramai.

Tahniah juga kepada wakil RGC ke kejohanan golf jemputan harijadi TYT. Kita johan dalam kategori Gross dan Nett. RGC boleh!! Syabas dan tahniah.
