Latest update on Signing of memorendum of execution of the High Court Consent Order ceremony

Chronology of the Ceremony:

12.00pm - Arrival of RGC & RRC Committees
- Arrival of both Club members

12.30pm - Light tea was served

1.00pm - Committee members of RGC and RRC start to discuss the Memorendum
of Execution to be signed by both parties.

- The President of RRC and his Committee refused to sign the
Memorendum of Execution of the Consent Order because they disagree
with the Clause (1) of the Consent Order

- The signing of the Memorendum of Execution of the Consent Order
dated 26/01/2009 cannot be proceeded because the RRC refused to do so.

- Both parties agreed to back to their respective Lawyers to seek
clarification or if necessary to go to High Court again.

2.30pm - The Ceremony was adjourned unsuccessfully

(The Ceremony was attended by some 25 members from RRC and some 50 members from RGC)

THE 5TH RANDAGONG'S AMATEUR OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP

Attention to all Participants:

This is to inform that the organizing committee for the 5th randagong's amateur open championship had decided that the qualifying round for the championship have been fixed to saturday 6/02/2010 only with 60 participants tee off staggered at 6.30am and 11.30pm.

this is due to the decision of the insurance company didnot approved the separate policy for single premium for different date for the hole in price of 1 unit "KIA PICANTO" worth of RM70K.

All participants who have registered to play on friday 5/02/2010 have been shifted to play on saturday morning. However, request for flight session still can be arranged subject to availibility.

Any inconvenience caused is very much regretted.
