Chronology of the Ceremony:
12.00pm - Arrival of RGC & RRC Committees
- Arrival of both Club members
12.30pm - Light tea was served
1.00pm - Committee members of RGC and RRC start to discuss the Memorendum
of Execution to be signed by both parties.
- The President of RRC and his Committee refused to sign the
Memorendum of Execution of the Consent Order because they disagree
with the Clause (1) of the Consent Order
- The signing of the Memorendum of Execution of the Consent Order
dated 26/01/2009 cannot be proceeded because the RRC refused to do so.
- Both parties agreed to back to their respective Lawyers to seek
clarification or if necessary to go to High Court again.
2.30pm - The Ceremony was adjourned unsuccessfully
(The Ceremony was attended by some 25 members from RRC and some 50 members from RGC)
