In accordance with Rule No. 8 of RGC Constitution, Notice is hereby given that
the 17th Annual General Meeting of Ranau Golf Club will be held as follows-

Venue : Ranau Golf Club Clubhouse
Agenda:
1. Call to order.
2. Establishment of quorum.
3. Confirmation of minutes of the 16th Annual General Meeting.
4. To receive the Committee’s report, the Treasurer’s report and Audited
statement of Receipts and Payments, Income and Expenditure and Balance Sheet for the preceding financial year.
5. To elect a Committee for the ensuing year.
6. To appoint an Auditor for the ensuing year.
7. To transact any other business of which notice has been given.
8. Adjournment.
