Date of Play: January 29th to 31st , 2010
Entrance Fee:
RM200.00 for members RM250.00 for non-members (Entry fee for Championship / Handicap events, Social participation and goodies).
Closing Date for registration:
The entry fee must be paid before January 24th, 2010 – Sunday 6.00pm and not refundable if cancellation made after the closing date.
Practice Round :
Practice Round is available to all participants on 28/01/2010 – Thursday. The Golf Course will
be closed at 16.00 hours for Open preparation.

Terms and Conditions:
1- Participants: 200 Golfers
2- Eligibility: Men & Ladies - Handicap 18 & below
Lady teeing off from Men tee boxes are entitle to compete in Gross event, Nett Event and ladies
category. For Lady teeing off from ladies tee boxes only entitle to compete in nett event and
ladies category
3- Mode of Play: Stroke Play - 36 holes
4- Tee off time: Staggered system
29/01/2010 (Friday) - Morning: 8.00am (72 players)
30/01/2010 (Saturday) - Morning: 6.30am (60 players) Afternoon: 11.30am (60 players)
31/01/2010 (Sunday) - Morning 8.00am - Final Round (Finalists - 36 / Invitees - 40)
5- Round of Tournament:
The Championship (Gross section) and Nett Event shall be played over 36
holes. However, Finalists will be limited to 36 leading players which will
be selected from the 1st 18 holes based on 18 best gross aggregate and 18
best nett aggregate.
Winners:
The winners of the gross event and nett event shall be based on aggregate gross score over
36 holes.
Each competitors can only win one major prize, except the novelty prizes.
Should inclement weather persists, the Championship and nett event may be
based on lesser rounds or hole to be decided by the Organizing Committee
whose decision shall be final.
6- Tournament Administration, Rules & Regulations:
The 5th Randagong's Amateur Open Championship (hereinafter referred to as the Championship) shall be managed by the Organizing Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Committee) whose decisions in all matters relating to the Championship shall be final.
The tournament shall be played in accordance to Rules of Golf as approved by
the R&A Rules Limited and Local Rules as approved by the Committee.
The Organizing Committee reserve the right to cancel any category or to vary
the worth of the prizes should insufficient entries received before the
closing date.
